Full Focus Sim Lab - Waiver & Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating at Full Focus Sim Lab ("FFSL"), you agree to the following terms. If under 18, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks

You understand that FFSL simulators include high-torque direct drive steering wheels, hydraulic pedals, and motion systems which can generate sudden, strong forces. Misuse or malfunction may result in injuries such as:

Wrist or hand sprains
Impact injuries from abrupt wheel movement
Neck or muscle strain

It is your responsibility to follow all instructions and safety guidelines.

3. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with simulator use, coaching sessions, and presence at the facility. This includes potential mechanical failure, software errors, or misuse by others.

4. Medical Declaration

You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health, and do not suffer from any condition (e.g., epilepsy, heart issues) that may be aggravated by simulator use.

5. Liability Waiver

You waive all claims against Focus Racing Pte Ltd and its staff for injuries, damages, or losses, to the fullest extent allowed by Singapore law. You also agree to indemnify FFSL against any claims resulting from your actions.

6. Minors & Supervision

Participants under 18 require parental or guardian approval.
Children under 13 must be supervised at all times.
FFSL may deny access if proper consent is not provided.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

Respect staff and other users
Follow all safety instructions
Not misuse or damage any equipment
Not engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior

FFSL reserves the right to remove or ban anyone who violates these terms, without refund.

8. Media & Data Consent

CCTV and session data may be recorded for training and safety purposes. Consent for use in marketing materials will be obtained separately.

9. Refunds & Rescheduling

Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the session.

10. Agreement

By ticking the box or submitting the form, you agree that:

You have read and understood this waiver
You accept all risks and release FFSL from liability
If you are a guardian, you are authorised to sign on the minor's behalf

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes shall be resolved within Singapore's jurisdiction.
