Full Focus Sim Lab Announces 2026 Driver Partnership with Kareen Kaur

Kareen Kaur and Mikko Nassi

Full Focus Sim Lab is proud to announce a 2026 simulator training partnership with 15-year-old Singaporean racing driver Kareen Kaur, supporting her continued progression into formula car competition.

As Kareen prepares for the upcoming season, Full Focus Sim Lab will act as her official simulator training partner, supporting her off-track preparation alongside physical training, coaching, and on-track experience.

Simulation as Part of a Complete Performance System

At the formula car level, performance is built through a combination of factors. Physical fitness, technical understanding, coaching, seat time, and mental preparation all play a role.

Simulation is one of those components and an increasingly important one.

Through structured simulator training, Kareen will use simulation to:

  • Learn and refine circuits efficiently
  • Prepare for race conditions and scenarios
  • Build consistency and decision-making under pressure
  • Maximise meaningful preparation time away from the track

Our simulator environment is designed to support real-world racing objectives, not just casual sim driving. Sessions are focused, coach-led, and aligned with the demands of modern formula racing.

Focused on 2026 and Beyond

This partnership reflects Full Focus Sim Lab’s commitment to supporting serious driver development and building a clear link between simulation and real-world performance.

We look forward to supporting Kareen throughout the 2026 season and contributing to her continued growth in formula racing.
