1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, booking a session, or using any simulator at Full Focus Sim Lab (“the Venue”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not sign up or use our services.

2. High‑Performance Simulator Warning & Waiver of Liability

  1. Our simulators replicate race‑car forces and require rapid physical responses. Misuse or sudden motion can cause nausea, neck strain, falls, or other injuries.
  2. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury during or arising from simulator use.
  3. You release and agree to indemnify Focus Racing Pte Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, property damage or loss incurred while using the Venue’s equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  4. You warrant that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that could be aggravated by simulator use.
  5. Children under 13 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

3. Safety Rules

  • Obey staff instructions, posted signage and on‑screen prompts.
  • No food, drink, or sharp objects in or near the simulators.
  • The steering wheel systems are high-powered. Quick movements of the wheel can cause injuries. Act as if you are driving a real race car in terms of how you hold the wheel (don’t rest arm inside spokes for example).
  • If you feel unwell, stop immediately and alert staff.

4. Account Creation & Accuracy of Information

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Update your details promptly if they change.

5. Marketing & Communications Consent

By registering you consent to receive service announcements, booking reminders and promotional messages from Full Focus Sim Lab via email, SMS or messaging apps.
You may opt‑out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us (see Section 14).

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
  • Your data is used solely to provide our services and marketing described above.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except trusted processors (e.g. payment, booking, email providers) who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • CCTV operates in the Venue for safety and security.

7. Fees, Bookings & Cancellation

  1. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
  2. Payment is due upon booking confirmation.
  3. You may reschedule or cancel bookings in accordance with the policy stated in our booking system at the time of purchase.
  4. No‑shows are charged in full.

8. Venue Rules & Damage

You are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by reckless or unauthorized use. We reserve the right to eject or refuse service to anyone breaching these Terms or posing a safety risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All simulator software, branding, videos and website content remain the intellectual property of Focus Racing Pte Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without written consent.

10. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future service if you breach these Terms, misuse equipment, or act in a manner that endangers others.

11. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the Venue or account after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
