Our Sim Lab features three types of Simulators. A Karting Simulator for kids, the Clubman Sim: our mid-range race car simulator, and the Ultimate Sim: our high-end, triple-screen racing rig.

Coaching sessions are on the Ultimate Simulator by default for maximum realism. (If it’s fully booked, we’ll move you onto the Clubman Sim so you never miss your session).
When you sign-up for a membership, your account is credited with the specificed amount of sim time (and coaching). You’re free to book any of our simulators – and the minutes are deducted based on what you use.

We Specialise in Race Driver Coaching
Founded by Finnish race driver and driver coach Mikko Nässi, Full Focus Sim Lab provides professional coaching and simulators to current and aspiring race drivers.
Mikko has more than 2 decades of experience coaching drivers in a variety of cars and karts. These include all levels of karting, as well as drivers competing in car championships such as FRECA, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, Ferrari Challenge, Caterham, and countless more.

Muhammad Thasbeeh
Thasbeeh is one of Singapore’s top sim-racers. He has represented Singapore at top-level competitions such as the Asia Pacific Motorsports Championships and the 2025 Race of Champions eROC held in Sydney (With the likes of Sebastian Vettel, Valtteri Bottas, and Mick Schumacheralso in attendance).
Thasbeeh is Full Focus Sim Lab’s venue manager and driver coach. He has an extensive understanding of racing technique and has worked with real-life drivers to fine-tune their driving.

Our coaching philosophy is to to help you go fast while also helping you undertand why. This creates long-lasting improvement rather than corner-specific changes.

Are you interested in developing from zero to driving a real race car, or simply want to have some fun while learning? We’ll structure a coaching plan based on your goals – which includes choosing what car and track to use.
If you’re looking for specific improvements in areas such as braking or corner entry technique – let us know and we can start focusing on those.
If you don’t really have a plan, that’s also perfectly fine! We’ll ask you about your experience, and go from there.

Can I book the full venue, or a simulator for an entire day?
Yes! Get in touch with us via whatsapp/email for booking the entire venue (Use of Clubman, Ultimate, and Karting Sim – or just the ultimate sim with our data analysis station for some private practice/coaching).
